A strong, one-component sealant with strong adhesive properties, suitable for H1 applications.

Bardahl sealant is InS certified.

Applying
Bardahl Sealant is easy to spray using a caulking gun (item no. 00066 and pneumatic gun item no. 00073) for manual operation. The surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. If necessary, clean/degrease the surface first with a suitable, non-abrasive solvent.

Sanding: Bardahl MS Polymer Sealer can be sanded after curing.

Paint resistance: Bardahl MS Polymer Sealer is very suitable for use with the most commonly used paints in bodywork construction. It also contributes to corrosion protection by sealing welded parts before they are sprayed with paint or underbody coating. Due to its rapid skin formation, Bardahl Sealant can be overpainted after just 20 minutes. This MS sealant does not affect the drying process of the applied paint layers.

Seam width: Bardahl MS Polymer Sealer can be used in seams from 3 mm up to a seam width of 25 mm.
