Power Steering Fluid
Bardahl Power Steering Fluid is a complete power steering fluid with very special properties.

This fully synthetic hydraulic fluid has a high viscosity index and is specially developed for continuous use.

As power steering fluids age, they lose their specific properties.

It is designed to maintain or restore flexibility to gaskets and can be used in all power steering units in both European and non-European cars.

Bardahl Power Steering Fluid also helps:
reduce pump wear,
prevent oil foaming,
prevent corrosion, reduce unit noise,
prevent oil oxidation,
prevent and repair fluid leaks.
Reduced gasket flexibility results in fluid leakage. If too much fluid is lost, excessive wear occurs, the oil starts to foam, and the unit starts to make noise. The effectiveness of the various additives is reduced by normal use. Due to the reduced effectiveness of the antioxidant additives, more deposits will form, and the reduced effectiveness of the anti-wear additives leads to increased wear on the pump components. Moisture is created by the alternating heating and cooling of the power steering fluid. Combined with the exhaustion of the additives, water causes corrosion of the power steering components.
