Fuel Engine Lubrication for gasoline and diesel, but especially LPG
Extra lubrication, ideal for cars running on LPG.
Protection for E10 fuel (ethanol-containing gasoline).
Using Top Oil makes the engine run much more smoothly.
This "top lubrication" lubricates and protects the upper cylinder and cleans/lubricates the valves and seats.
Recommended for vehicles running on LPG to prevent dryness (lubricates the upper piston ring) and thus facilitates the combustion of the gas mixture.
This also applies to gasoline with a higher ethanol content, such as E10, which contains 10% ethanol.
E10 fuel is a very lean fuel, dries out rubber and sealing materials, and generates higher heat during combustion.
Always read the instructions on the label before adding the product. Do not add more than directed, as this may have an adverse effect.

Bardahl Top Oil is a fuel additive for both gasoline and diesel.
It lubricates and protects the upper part of the piston and also keeps the fuel system clean.
Bardahl Top Oil slows the formation of ice and corrosion.
The problem: The hot combustion gases, combined with the movement of the piston, cause the oil to be scraped off the piston wall.
The gases also cause carbon and varnish to form on the piston rings and cylinder wall, which causes power loss, oil consumption, and gas escaping past the pistons.
Similar deposits can also form on valve guides and valves, causing valve sticking, reducing performance, and resulting in increased fuel consumption.
Exhaust gases, whether or not via an exhaust gas recirculation system, vapor from the crankcase, and soot enter the intake manifold and contaminate the intake, narrowing the intake tract. The gases will be transported through the intake to the combustion process.
But not before they pass through the intake valve.
This valve is considerably lower in temperature and acts like a magnet for the highly polluting gases, which leave their greasy particles, soot, dust, etc., on the intake valve.
This valve becomes increasingly heavier, and its lift becomes increasingly limited.
This is the point at which the valves can contact the piston and/or cannot close optimally, causing loss of compression and power. How it works: Bardahl Top Oil contains a high-quality oil that lubricates the piston rings, cylinder walls, and valve guides (comparable to an oil/fuel mixture that lubricates a two-stroke engine).
Besides lubrication, Bardahl Top Oil softens the carbon and gum deposits, dissolves them over time, and ensures they are combusted with the fuel. LPG & CNG: Not all engines are designed with LPG/CNG as the preferred fuels. LPG/CNG are dry (lean) fuels with a higher combustion temperature than gasoline and diesel.
Their low lubricity can cause significant damage due to friction.
Bardahl Top Oil eliminates this lack of lubrication and provides a long-lasting protective film that withstands higher operating temperatures.
The unique formula leaves a protective lubricating film immediately after combustion throughout the combustion chamber, on piston rings, and on both intake and exhaust valves.
Bardahl Top Oil can be added directly to the fuel or used in a lubrication kit (connected to the intake manifold) if installed.
The latter should be adjusted between 1:500 and 1:1000. Note: If a lead substitute is required to prevent valve impact, we recommend using Bardahl In Instead of Lead, ref. 1221.
The versatile cleaning agents in Bardahl Top Oil dissolve deposits in the intake manifold and valves and create a protective film on the metal.
This film prevents corrosion in the fuel tank, lines, pump, and the inside of the carburetor.
Bardahl Top Oil also prevents icing in the carburetor. Special ingredients in Bardahl Top Oil protect the PVC (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve, clean it, and ensure it stays clean for a long time.
Instructions for use: Add top oil at a ratio of 2/1000 or 20 ml (dosing head) for 10 liters to gasoline or diesel fuel.
Self-mixing in the tank. To save against costly engine breakdowns, you can add Bardahl Oil Booster to the engine oil.
Bardahl Top Oil is lead-free and therefore harmless to catalytic converters.
